Who do you deal with?
Your enquiry will be handled by one of our Customer Service advisors.
If the outcome of your enquiry is not to your satisfaction, you may request the issue to be dealt with by a Customer Service Team Leader who will always be available during office hours.
If you feel that your enquiry has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may request your enquiry to be referred to the Customer Service Manager.
If you are not happy with the solution proposed by the Customer Service Manager, you may request your enquiry be escalated to the Director of Operations
