Energia winning Gradam Margaíochta le Gaeilge AIM Award

Energia: as Irish Seachtain na Gaeilge

We don’t usually like to toot our own horn here at Energia head office (we are too Irish for that malarkey) but we had some good news last week we wanted to share. We were delira and excira to win the Marketing Institute’s Gradam Margaíochta le Gaeilge for our sponsorship of Seachtain na Gaeilge in 2017.

What’s the craic with that?

So, you probably remember in March our website, advertisements and mascots took on a decidedly Irish feel as everything went as Gaeilge? As part of our commitment to all things Irish, we want to encourage you to use your cúpla focal in the Irish language. Hopefully the kids brought home one of the 8,000 festival packs that went to schools around the country and you headed to one of the thousands of events celebrating our native language. If you are a business customer, we hope you had as much fun promoting Gaeilge at work as we did, with maidin caife and (very competitive) tráth na gceist.

We're suckin’ diesel now so?

Well, not exactly, Energia is fully committed to renewable energy. Not only does all of our electricity come from renewable sources but we produce so much energy we provide it to other suppliers too! Energia has been supplying Irish businesses with energy for almost 20 years and offering cheaper electricity and gas to home owners for the last four. 3 Copyright 2017 © iProspect, Inc.
