Carlow  Pick Your Own Season - Gilbert's Orchard            

Gilberts Orchard will be running their Pick Your Own season! Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday running every weekend in September and October, people will be able to ramble through their orchard trails to pick their own scrumptious apples straight from the trees. They will be lots to see and do for all the family to enjoy with a selection of food and beverages available.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is celebrated by Ethnic Chinese worldwide. It is a celebration of the Autumn harvest and is held on the 15th day of the 8th Lunar Month, which is also the night of the full moon. This year, Mid-Autumn falls on 15th September 2016. Enjoy a week of activities including lantern making workshops and food tastings at various venues throughout Dublin.

Cannonball 2016             
Cannonball is the largest organised road trip in Europe featuring over 180 cars including ones such as McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche, Masseratti, Rolls Royce and Bentley. These amazing supercars will be arriving to Salthill Galway from Westport on Saturday September 10th before heading on to close the Cannonball festival in Wexford on Sunday 11th September.

Donal O Connor Memorial Cycle 2016    
Donal O Connor Memorial Cycle is a 10K family friendly cycle from Kingfisher Club Waterford to Tramore GAA. The cycle is non-competitive and open to all ages and abilities. The cycle culminates in a balloon release at Tramore GAA. This will be followed by a family fun day incorporating egg n spoon race, sack race, three legged race and lots more fun events for all the family.   All funds raised on the day go to Waterford Marine Search & Rescue, a voluntary charity that does suicide patrols and has saved 100 lives to date
