The deal will see Energia supply electricity to the company’s production facility. Founded in 1998, Aqua Design has been laser cutting and fabricating stainless and mild steel products for projects and clients of all sizes and disciplines. Other services offered are polishing, folding and painting. The company’s products are used in a large number of sectors including pharmaceuticals, engineering, architecture, medical and agricultural.

Energia has a 26% market share of the Irish business electricity and gas market supplying the energy needs of almost 60,000 business customers. In addition to renewable assets, the company also operates a 750MW gas fired power station in north Dublin.
