Ciara Moane | Key Account Manager
In January 2017, the role came up for a Key Account Manager in Energia. I thought this would be a great job for me as it is people focused and would broaden my horizons within the business. It was a very positive move in my career, an opportunity to see one of the most crucial areas of the business, the retail side.
What I like most about this new role is that every day is different and brings a new challenge. I have great people around me which is key to being happy in any role. They are very supportive, encouraging, and there when I need them. I get to utilise my outgoing personality as a Key Account Manager, doing my best to energise and motivate my team and deliver the results the business expect and more. I also worked with the Trading team for 10 years which has given me a very strong attention to detail which is key in helping manage customer accounts to a high standard. Within Energia there is plenty of scope to continue my professional development and pursue further career ambitions.
