Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Offer available to new or existing residential customers with an active Energia gas and / or electricity energy plan
2. 2. If you switch your energy supply to Energia, your current energy provider may require that you pay an early termination fee. On switching to Energia you will be entering into a 12 month energy contract.
3. 3. Once you have signed up to an Energia price plan, there is a 14 day Cooling Off period, during which you may choose to cancel your agreement to switch. There is no penalty for cancelling during the Cooling Off period. If you cancel your service any time after the Cooling Off period and before the end of your contract, a termination fee of €50 per fuel will apply.
4. 4. You must advise us of your Energia account details in order to apply the credit.
5. 5. €3,000 in bill credit will be applied directly to either your gas or electricity account 
6. 6. The €3,000 will not be credited to your account until your 14 day cooling off period has passed
7. 7. The value of the prize will be used as payment towards your bill until such time as the €3,000 credit has been used in full
8. 8. The account credit will not expire - it will continue to be used as payment towards your bills until it has been used in full. After all credit has been used, full payment of bills will be taken from your account via the Direct Debit details provided at the time of signing up
9. 9. You must pay your energy bill by Direct Debit to avail of the €3,000 credit 
10. 10. These terms and conditions may be varied or amended Energia for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason. 
11. 11. If you enter into the Promotion you agree that we may use your personal details to administer and run this offer
12. 12. All prices are subject to change as per Energia standard terms and conditions
13. 13. Prize is non transferable and there will be no cash alternative
14. 4. Competition closes midnight Tuesday 22^nd April 2025 and prize must be redeemed no later than 23^rd June 2025. If the prize is not redeemed by 23^rd June, the credit becomes null and void. 
15. 15. If you close your energy account with credit remaining, this credit cannot be transferred or taken in cash equivalent and any remaining credit will be null and void
