The Lord Mayor of Dublin invites you to visit their official residence. Walk through the public rooms of this impressive building, built by Joshua Dawson and the heart of civic life for over 300 years. This December will be the 100th anniversary of the cabinet debate on the Anglo-Irish Treaty which took place in the Drawing Room on 8th December 1921. Visitors will see the Oak Room, the Drawing Room, the Dining Room and the Lady Mayoresses Parlour.
For Open House 2021 we will be running a limited amount of 15 minute self guided walk through tours of the Mansion House from 11:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday 16th October (last entry 4:45pm). Staff will be on hand to assist throughout the day if you have questions.

At Mollies Family Farm we have all you need for a fun Autumn day out. Come and pick your own pumpkin straight from the field, design and carve it to keep the ghosts away this Halloween.
Our pumpkin patch is open on the 16th and 17th of October and from the 23rd to 31st of October from 10am to 4pm each day.
Entry is free and pumpkins are priced from €5 to €15 depending on size.
There will be refreshments available: tea, coffee and sweet treats.
Please book a ticket for each member of your group, example if you are a group of 2 adults and 2 children then book 4 tickets.
This is an outdoor event and can get muddy so bring wellies.

Music lovers from far and near will enjoy a feast of traditional music, song and dance this October as ‘Foxford Traditional Weekend’ gets underway from the 14th – 17th October. The town which is a haven for many musicians will host the annual event and there is a fantastic weekend of music in store.
Events will commence with a Rambling House on Thursday 14th October in Guiry’s Bar with some special characters. This is always a very enjoyable night of song and stories, music and fun and the perfect start to a jam-packed musical weekend.
A session trail of music around the town will commence on Friday evening and will continue at different times, for the whole weekend, in all public houses. The session trail will include some of Ireland’s finest musicians from all parts of the country and this ‘high energy’ trail is sure to lift your heart and get your feet tapping. All musicians are invited to join in the session trail or initiate their own session in one of the many nooks and crannies.
