Mad Hatters Tea Party
The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party is one of the most famous scenes from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. To celebrate Easter and the full bloom of spring, DLR Events invite young and old to put on their maddest hat and come to the Mad Hatters Tea Party. This year the Mad Hatters Tea Party falls on Easter Sunday so a highlight will be the new Easter Egg Hunt. Follow the signs around the park, collect the code words from the back of the signs, get them all right and collect an Easter treat.

Castlecomer Discovery Park Easter Activities

Lifetime Lab in association with Bishopstown and District Lions Club have a great day organised to get the Easter weekend started ! On Good Friday 14th April a host of activities including face painting, make and do, balloon making, falconry and magic shows are on offer all centered around an eggciting Easter Egg Challenge. All completed Easter egg quiz cards will receive a prize and proceeds from the event will be distributed to local primary schools in the Bishopstown area.

Carndonagh Easter Monday Parade
Carndonagh Easter Parade will take place on Easter Monday 17th April. This is a great day out for all the family. This family-friendly event will include a parade, fancy dress and a number of fun activities including Best Easter Bonnet competition.
The town will be animated from 12.30pm with street theatre and Bang On!, a junk percussion duo who create funky beats and rhythmic treats using a huge homemade drum kit which is made from recycled objects. The highlight of the day will be the Spring Street Carnival and the route will begin at 3pm in Regent Street, down Francis Street, to Castle Place, continuing to High Street and returning to Regent Street via Gibson's Lane.
