It enables you to manage your energy consumption and view your bills from the comfort of your own home. It helps you save & stay green and feel good in knowing Energy Online is the greener option with no paper bills and you can save an additional 4% on your bill.

 

Instead of waiting around for your paper bill and having to file them away, online billing allows you to access your account whenever or wherever you like. It’s your handy online space for all your bills in one safe place – accessible on the go from your phone, tablet or desktop.

 

Did you know that with Energy Online you can do many things? Like; view all bills and payments, monitor your energy usage, compare your usage against others using our helpful trend charts, submit meter readings and estimate your next bill using our Bill Calculator.

Control your payments with Level Pay

 

Bi-monthly payments can sometimes come as a bit of a shock, especially over the winter months. Energia's Level Pay programme can help take the sting out of your bill. We'll monitor your energy usage and suggest a monthly payment that will spread your costs out over the year.

On Level Pay, you still get billed bi-monthly – but you pay regular monthly instalments that go towards your bills. If you end up paying too much, we'll refund you. If you pay too little, we'll contact you and adjust your monthly payment amount. You can contact us at any time to have your monthly payment amount reviewed.

You choose when you want to pay, we organise the rest.

Do you dread receiving your winter bills each year? Fastpay can help you avoid the shock of a higher bill. Fastpay is a quick and easy way to make an advance payment online towards your bill. This allows you to build up credit against your next bill and takes the pain out of those Winter energy costs. Don’t forget to have your account number to hand as you’ll need it to make a payment.

 

FastPay allows you to make payments to your account, which are then credited off your next bill. If you are a dual fuel and electricity customer you will need to add credit to both accounts as they are seperate. Payments can be made with a debit or credit card. This is a handy way to build up credit, so you're not hit with the full bill all at once. Note: If you are a direct debit customer, FastPay allows for advance payment only.  

Please do not use to pay a bill that has already been issued as the direct debit will lift the full bill amount.
