If you experience an interruption to your electricity or gas supply, or for any general supply issues, you will need to contact ESB Networks or Gas Networks Ireland directly at the numbers below.
Energia will be reducing gas and smart electricity rates by 20%, with standard electricity rates reducing by 15% effective from 3rd October 2023. This will automatically be applied to your bill. For more see energia.ie/price.
