Easy and quick but price wasn’t great

Hari Kumar sales rep was fantastic and very helpful today. He was polite, honest, helpful and never pushy. He explained the discounts I could avail of by switching electricity and gas supplier, he answered any questions I had thoroughly. He helped me to make the switch in under 3 minutes and explained that the company would take care of the cancellation of prior supplier and the set up my new account! 10/10 experience he is a professional, helpful, resourceful employee!
