I'm gonna give it 5 because after giving it a bad review, a guy i forgot the name one of the customer service explained well to me how my bill sky rocketed and offered me a more flexible type of payment. I'm not asking for anything but he eventually said that being a loyal customer of energia is the main thing. And that impressed me. He explained the problem and provided a solution! Simple as that! We got a gad boiler replaced. Thank you to amazing team... work nice and neat. Good communication and also expleained all, gas Boiler placed on the attic so we have a pleanty space in the kitchen now. 😀
