Just had a wonderful experience with Chris on the costumer service by phone where I was looking to renew my plan an save some money, he maid it very easy, I took the most of it explaining exactly how was my routine and he could reference the best plan for me. Amazing Customer Service

I have always found Energia customer…

I have always found Energia customer service to be excellent . Unfortunately as my last 3 bills have increased significantly, I will be changing providers, but only for that reason. This is a shame because I could not fault their customer service every time I had a query.

MPRN (Electricity) or GPRN (Gas). You can find this on your latest bill.

Bank Details. You will need these to set up a direct debit.

Address and Eircode. You will need this to confirm your energy connection.

Meter Readings. Some switches may need a current meter reading.
