Competitive energy provider Energia will power Wexford Youths Women FC for the upcoming season after a renewed sponsorship deal was agreed.
The new sponsorship deal will see Energia supply the National League Champions’ kit for the upcoming season.

The Wexford Youths Women will take on Peamount FC at Ferrycarrig Park this Saturday (K.O. 6.30 pm) in what promises to be a thrilling encounter between two top performing national league sides. Wexford and Peamount battled for the national title to the very last game last season.

Wexford Youths Women FC Head Coach, Tom Elmes said, “It’s great to have support from Energia who are committed to sporting excellence as well as strong competition in the energy sector. Along with the support of our loyal fans, this sponsorship will help us concentrate on our campaign as we defend our Women’s National League title, having won the league for a third time in 2017. The team has also qualified for the UEFA women’s Champions League this year and are heading off to play in the qualifying rounds which will most likely be held in Europe in August.”

Dee Hurley, Energia said:  “We wish everyone involved in Wexford Youths Women FC the best of luck for the coming season. Energia provides energy to businesses and households throughout Ireland at the most competitive rates. We also believe strongly in health and wellbeing through sports, so we’re delighted to back Wexford who are a high performance team and a simply brilliant group of players.”
