Moving home couldn’t be easier.

Just follow our simple guide below and we’ll get your account switched over to your new address.

Before you move out of your current home, please fill out our web form below and provide us with the following information

    1. Your Energia account number or your MPRN & GPRN for your current home – these can be found on your bill
  • An up to date meter reading for your current home
    1. The name, address and email associated with the account
  • Don’t forget, if you have the MPRN and meter reads of your new property please include it as we can get you set up straight away in your new property.
