When you’re moving into a property that is already registered with us, you’ll need the following information:

Your MPRN and/or GPRN

Your MPRN and/or GPRN

Your MPRN is a unique 11-digit number starting with 10 and your GPRN is up to 7 digits. You may find these numbers on cards left by a meter reader.
Your address and move in date

Your address and move in date

You will need the address of the property you are moving in to, as well as the date you are moving in.
Opening meter read

Opening meter read

You will need an opening meter read for your new property as close as possible to your move in date or on the day you move in.

Energia Sales Professional, Stephen Cunningham, called to our home just as we were leaving for an appointment, so unfortunately we were unable to afford him any time to complete a sign up to Energia, but I told him I was interested in changing. He kindly took the time to contact me the next day and explain all the offers to me, even though he did not get the "sale". I was sorry for this, as he was very helpful and I would like to offer him the proper credit for his patience and work to get me signed up. The offer works very well for me now that we have recently installed Solar PV and also have 2x EVs charging every other night.
