Improving Fundamental Movement Skill (FSM) can help prevent long-term health issues, improve verbal skills and increase opportunities for social engagement and independence for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

It’s the month of love which means it’s time to focus on matters of the heart. This course will teach you how to recognise the difference between a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and a stroke as well as how to make the emergency call, listen to the call taker and communicate your Eircode. You’ll get to practice CPR on a mannequin, learn how to perform CPR on a child and use an AED (defibrillator), and find out how to help someone who is choking – all in only ONE HOUR and all for FREE.
