Their prices have remained competitive, and the renewal process has always been straightforward and easy to complete online. Billing has been clear, and I have found the customer service team helpful whenever I needed assistance. The online account and app are easy to use, making it simple to track bills and manage my account. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and happy to continue as a customer.

No problems with them. Same as other suppliers though, the best offers are for new customers only so they don't encourage loyalty. I also would have preferred the option to be billed monthly instead of bi-monthly.

I had been through the wringer with this crowd at the Xmas billing - had also not been very helpful as I was locked out of my account, didnt have the answers for the security question(life stressers) anyway I persevered - got myself together and maybe this should be a review for myself, by April it was all sorted, I refused to pay the bills until tariff was investigated and it seemed my 24 month contract was cut to 12month - reason for the astronomical price, I mean it was more than what stated on the website All in all - this customer service is real people, not robotic reading of the script and its a skill that should be cherised I have been with them most years and energia sustainble markers are on point so you also know - its a company thats in the long run benefical to energy production in Ireland.
