No cash alternative. Offer available to new or existing residential customers with an Energia gas or electricity energy plan. If you switch your energy supply to Energia, your current energy provider may require that you pay an early termination fee. On switching to Energia you will be entering into a 12-month energy contract. Once you have signed up to an Energia price plan, there is a 14 day Cooling-Off period, during which you may choose to cancel your agreement to switch. There is no penalty for cancelling during the Cooling-Off period. If you cancel your service any time after the Cooling-Off period and before the end of your contract, a termination fee of €50 per fuel will apply.
