Here’s what you’ll need:

• Your MPRN (for electricity) and GPRN (for gas) – both are on your current bill
• Recent meter readings ( where required )
• Your bank details

Once you sign up, we’ll contact your current supplier and manage the switch for you. There’s no need to get in touch with them yourself, and your energy supply won’t be interrupted.
