Energia Group supplies approximately 17% of the island of Ireland’s total electricity requirements and 20% of the island’s total wind power meeting the energy needs of 800,000 homes and businesses with competitive electricity and gas services provided through its two retail brands Energia and Power NI.

I have always found Energia customer…

I have always found Energia customer service to be excellent . Unfortunately as my last 3 bills have increased significantly, I will be changing providers, but only for that reason. This is a shame because I could not fault their customer service every time I had a query.

Good service - Happy customer

I have been with Energia for quite some time and have generally had a positive experience. Their prices have remained competitive, and the renewal process has always been straightforward and easy to complete online. Billing has been clear, and I have found the customer service team helpful whenever I needed assistance. The online account and app are easy to use, making it simple to track bills and manage my account. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and happy to continue as a customer.

No problems with them

No problems with them. Same as other suppliers though, the best offers are for new customers only so they don't encourage loyalty. I also would have preferred the option to be billed monthly instead of bi-monthly.
