It really doesn't get any better
It really doesn't get any better. I have stayed with Energia for years firstly because they offer seriously competitive pricing but secondly for their astonishing customer service. I had occasion to ring Energia on the 13th of April and spoke with Simon McCluskey. Simon was exceptional - he fully engaged with me, could not do enough to assist and made my decision to stay with Energia for another year and sign up for a new contract, very very easy. Well done Energia. Please give Simon McCluskey a bonus. :-)

I'm gonna give it 5
I'm gonna give it 5 because after giving it a bad review, a guy i forgot the name one of the customer service explained well to me how my bill sky rocketed and offered me a more flexible type of payment. I'm not asking for anything but he eventually said that being a loyal customer of energia is the main thing. And that impressed me. He explained the problem and provided a solution! Simple as that! Kudos to you.

Combi gas boiler replacement
We got a gad boiler replaced. Thank you to amazing team... work nice and neat. Good communication and also expleained all, gas Boiler placed on the attic so we have a pleanty space in the kitchen now. 😀
