Switched to Energia today over the phone with Marcus. What a great experience! Marcus was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything in simple terms, what to expect next, and all the additional benefits I will get with Energia. Didn’t feel any pressure to switch and am 100% secure and confident with my switch from Flogas to Energia!

Customer service is solid and very good, easy to understand and sign on to new or renewed contract, like easy billing, navigation on the Web site could be simpler and calls should be free till 6pm, otherwise like to stay with Energia

Sophia Vijayakumar was excellent and very professional. She informed us on the massive savings that we would get when we were out of contract with another company. She made the switch easy to make and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Caue called to my door and sorted everything out super quick. Was with Electric Ireland for years and the bills were mad, he explained everything really well and showed me how i could save a good bit. Ended up saving around €480 a year which is class. Honestly didn't think switching was gonna be that easy but he handled all the pape work and didn't have to lift a finger. Sound lad, no pressure at all and not one of those pushy sales guys. Defo recommend him if your thinking of switching, proper straight up and helpful. Nice one 5 stars
