When you’re moving into a property that is already registered with us, you’ll need the following information:

Your MPRN and/or GPRN

Your MPRN and/or GPRN

Your MPRN is a unique 11-digit number starting with 10 and your GPRN is up to 7 digits. You may find these numbers on cards left by a meter reader.
Your address and move in date

Your address and move in date

You will need the address of the property you are moving in to, as well as the date you are moving in.
Opening meter read

Opening meter read

You will need an opening meter read for your new property as close as possible to your move in date or on the day you move in.

I had been through the wringer with this crowd at the Xmas billing - had also not been very helpful as I was locked out of my account, didnt have the answers for the security question(life stressers) anyway I persevered - got myself together and maybe this should be a review for myself, by April it was all sorted, I refused to pay the bills until tariff was investigated and it seemed my 24 month contract was cut to 12month - reason for the astronomical price, I mean it was more than what stated on the website All in all - this customer service is real people, not robotic reading of the script and its a skill that should be cherised I have been with them most years and energia sustainble markers are on point so you also know - its a company thats in the long run benefical to energy production in Ireland.
