Your Energia account number, your MPRN and GPRN and your latest meter reading.

Current home details

Current home details

The name, address and email account associated with the address.

New home details

New home details

MPRN and meter reads of your new property – please include them and we can get you set up straight away.

Step 2: Register your move



If you urgently need power or have medical equipment in your home, please call us on 0818 405 405. The best time to call us is between 9.30-10.30am and 2-3pm Monday - Friday. Otherwise please fill out this form. 

Step 3: Sit back and relax



Once you’ve filled in the form, sit back, relax and we’ll take care of the rest.
